Nutshell Vinyl is a trading name of Russ Avery Enterprises Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12805949.

Order processing
All Nutshell Vinyl garments are printed to order. This reduces unnecessary waste and means we do not hold large quantities of pre-printed stock.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched. During busy periods, production may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery
We currently deliver internationally.

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Our standard UK delivery charge is currently £4.99 per order, unless your order qualifies for a free-delivery offer shown at checkout.

After dispatch, standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking and dispatch
Where tracking is available, it will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see order or dispatch emails.

Delivery address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

If an order is returned to us or our fulfilment partner because delivery was unsuccessful, refused, uncollected or the address was incorrect, we will contact you to discuss redelivery. Additional postage may be payable before the order can be sent again.

Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please email hello@nutshellvinyl.com with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery provider and keep you updated.

If we cannot deliver your order within the agreed timeframe, or within 30 days where no different period has been agreed, you may have rights to cancel and receive a refund.
